Kanoor Fort

Kanoor Fort also called as Keladi Kote is located in middle of the dense forest in Sagar Taluk, Shimoga district.

Keladi is the name of the dynasty who ruled this place, hence Kanoor Fort is also called as the name Keladi Kote. The meaning of Kote is Fort in Kannada language.

One has to reach Kargal town and from Kargal you need to go towards Hosagadde to and after reaching Hosagadde you need to walk roughly around 7 Km to reach a water fall called Dabbe Falls. From Dabbe Falls you need to trek around 9 Km to reach Kanoor Fort.

It is recommended that, you need to carry food and tentage with you.
